It is announced for the information of staff and students at the 21st Emergency Meeting of the Academic Affairs Committee held on 16th August 2022. The Committee resolved 2021/2022 First Semester Resit Examinations should be conducted between 17th – 30th October 2022.
Resit Registration has been extended to 9th September 2022
By this notice, the University Community is informed that the Regular Resit Examination will be conducted together with the Amnesty Resit Examinations.
The details of the Special Amnesty Resit Examination for the 2022/23 Academic Year have been outlined below:
Period for Registration of Trailed Courses: – 8th August – 9th September 2022
Registration Fee: – GH¢ 50.00 per paper
Publication of Time Table: – 16th September 2022
Date for Examination: – 17th – 30th October 2022
Registration Fee: – GH¢ 50.00 per paper
Publication of Time Table: – 16th September 2022

Affected students are hereby informed that they will pay a flat rate of GH₵100.00 for participating in this Special Amnesty Arrangement. KINDLY NOTE THAT THE FLAT RATE AND THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE RESIT EXAMINATION MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Note: The Flat Rate must be paid as External Exams Fees at any ADB, GCB, UMB, Zenith, Republic, and Fidelity Bank Nationwide. Pay with your student index number.
Payment can also be using Mobile USSD Code *966*3*542# on all Networks.
