I posted a notice on an upcoming Medical examination to be undertaken by the university and most of the continuing students are asking of the relevance of this exercise because they haven’t received their medical results as at now.
I would want to use this platform to educate students that medical examination under taken, being it a requirement for a job employment, school admission, VISA application, and military training or in any form anywhere, the results is not for the applicant.
I want to state that, Medical Examination is part of the admission process and requirement, and therefore results are;
- kept in your personal files,
- your wellbeing on campus need to be known to the university so that it can go a long way to determine the kind of drugs and services needed at the University clinic
- and for statistical purposes
I will advise you take this exercise very serious; without it you can be dismiss since you will not meet the entering requirement.
