The Member of Parliament for New Juaben South, Michael Okyere Baafi has rendered an unqualified apology to the people of Koforidua for his role in the chaos that erupted in Parliament during the vetting of ministers nominated by President John Mahama.
The ministerial vetting process could not continue on Thursday, January 30, 2025 after some members on the committee destroyed furniture and equipment at the vetting venue.
Okyere Baafi was captured in multiple videos holding onto a table amid the unrest.
