It is announced for the information of Bolgatanga Technical University Alumni and the general public that the 9th Congregation of the University will be held on Saturday, 26th June, 2021 at 10.00am at the Sumbrungu Campus.
Graduands who completed their programmes of study in 2020 and wish to be presented at the Congregation should register personally or by post with the Directorate of Academic Affairs not later than Monday, 21st June, 2021.
The following particulars are required for registration:
1. Full Name of Graduand
2. Programme of Study
3. Current mailing Address including contact phone numbers
Each graduand is required to pay four hundred Ghana cedis (GHe400.00) either directly to the bank or in Bankers Draft made payable to Bolgatanga Technical University into Bolgatanga Technical University Congregation Account No. 1000200597301 at National Investment Bank (NIB) or in cash at the Finance Office of the University by Monday, 21st June, 2021 to cover the following:
Certificate Folder – GH¢ 80.00
Congregation Fee (Academic Gown & Congregation Brochure) – GH¢290.00
Alumni Dues – GH¢ 30.00
No payments will be accepted after 21″ June, 2021.
There will be rehearsals for Graduands on Friday, 25th June, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the Congregation Grounds; and only Graduands who attend the rehearsal will be presented.
Graduands are to make their own arrangements for accommodation and meals, for themselves and their guests.
