Kumasi Asante Kotoko beat Accra Hearts of Oak 1-0 in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The decisive goal scored by Albert Amoah came, after a defensive blunder involving Hearts defender Kelvin Osei Asibey and goalkeeper Benjamin Asare sending the Kotoko coach and the home fans into wild jubilation.
The win against the Accra Hearts of Oak has propelled Kumasi Asante Kotoko to sixth place on the league table, while Hearts slipped to seventh.
