Candidates who sat for the 2024 West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) may have their results delayed for a while due to current financial constraints faced by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC).
The Council has appealed to government to release the sum of GHC118,000,00 to repair their faulty scanners and to support other post- examination activities.
In its press statement dated December 9, 2024, WAEC assured the public that it will announce the date for the release of WASSCE results once the post-examination challenges are resolved.
