Students who could not make full payment of their fees last semester are expected to pay the remaining balances of their fees to enable them to register
Students who pay the approved fees/charges can register after twenty-four (24) hours.
In all cases, students should indicate their names, programmes, and accurate index numbers.
STEPS FOR REGISTRATION
Step 1: Payment of School Fees
Students are to pay their fees for the 2021/2022 Academic Year at any branch of the following banks through the KTU Connect system:
- Agricultural Development Bank
- Republic Bank
- Universal Merchant Bank
- Fidelity Bank
- Zenith Bank
Step 2: Academic Course Registration
ALL STUDENTS:
- Go to connect.ktu.edu.gh
- Enter the institutional email as a username
- Enter the default password (P@ass4ktu) if you are using it for the first time.
- Change the default password to your preferred password
- Sign again and register
ALL STUDENTS:
- Students are required to register for the required courses for the Semester by adding the correct courses for the Second Semester (please check and be sure of the courses before registering)
- Confirm your registration after adding the correct courses
- Print a copy of your registration confirmation page. (NB: Remember to confirm your courses before printing)
- Logout from the system after registration
- Keep a copy as proof of Registration (No Photocopy)

NOTE
Students who fail to register at the close of the specified dates allowed for registration shall lose their students status and would be withdrawn (Article 20.4 of the Koforidua Technical University Student Hand Book 2017)
