Graduands who intend to be presented at the Congregation are to verify their names on the graduation list. The Congregation fee is GH¢350 for BTech Graduands and GH¢300 for HND Graduands per person .
Payments are to be made through the KTUConnect system of the University at any ADB, UMB, Republic Bank and Zenith Bank nationwide on or before Wednesday, 25th May, 2022 to cover the following:
- Cost of Certificates
- Cost of Certificate Holders
- Hiring of Academic Gowns
- Congregation Brochure
- Souvenirs
Graduands who have paid the Congregation fees are expected to show their receipts at the Students Services Department for their gowns.
There will be rehearsals for all Graduands on: Friday, 27th May, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at the Ceremonial Grounds.
