The National Labour Commission (NLC) and the leadership of the Technical University Teachers Association of Ghana, TUTAG, met today, Wednesday, June 16, 2021, over concerns of a nationwide strike by TUTAG.
The meeting was fruitful, the National Labour Commission has taken the issues raised and have given TUTAG three to six months to start working and implementing some of their concerns.
However, TUTAG says they can’t trust this decision of the National Labour Commission and will have a meeting with their members before considering if they will call off the strike.
