This is to inform all freshers that a portal has been deployed to upload their own passport photos for their Student ID Cards.
Follow the instructions below carefully to upload your photo to avoid your photo from being rejected.
1. The photo must have a sea blue background colour. see sample below
2. The file size must not be more than 50KB
3. The file type must be jpeg or png
4. The Picture must be official as it will be used for your MIS portal and your Certificate.
A later date will be communicated for pickups when the cards are ready.
The link can be accessed at http://cloud.ktu.edu.gh/
After accessing the Link, Enter your index number to verify your information before uploading the photo, any incorrect information must be reported to the ICT support centre for correction.
