The hall which is known for its famous disturbances in the university and its environs is set to storm campus and hostels with their colourful parade accompanied with JAMA Songs.
This will be a way to welcoming freshmen and women and ushering them into the university community, this is an annual ritual of announcing their presence on campus
Universal Hall, the first all-male hall, you can describe as Katanga Hall of KNUST over the years which has attracted lots of attention on campus, it is unseen any event or activity on campus without the presence of Universal Hall, their level of unity is unique, the brotherly loved shown among members.
DeInsider, speaking with Samuel Quayson, Hall member has this to say;
“The animalians are training and rehearsing for a Blast hostel to hostel visitation watch out the new animal boys like Odwan, Sticker, Pages, landlord and Tw3ba… it gonna be bigger than big. the only human zoo” – Samuel Quayson, Hall member
History of Universal Hall can date back to the first batch of students who were admitted into the Polytechnic by then.
